Promising same day, or next day service, we manage the removal and disposal of all the discarded items left behind. We want to ensure your success in delivering a smooth and timely closing and move-in for the new homeowners. We even perform a clean up in the areas where debris, junk, and trash were left behind as a part of our service standards.

We will call the day of to confirm the appointment time and an estimated time of arrival, perform a walk through of all items that need to be removed, and provide a clear and transparent no obligation quote for review. Once the details and quote are confirmed and agreed upon, the removal process can then be scheduled for a later date or completed at that time. We handle all the heavy lifting and loading. We prioritize eco-friendly disposal, donate and recycle whenever possible, and handle all disposals to local and state regulated guidelines. We are most competitive in our pricing structure, with absolutely no minimums or rush fees. Our pricing is based on trailer load volume and pickup truck loads are priced at half bed and full bed load size. Recycle fees may apply to items that are required by law to be recycled, not disposed of in the landfill. We do NOT markup recycle fees and only charge what the county charges. Those fees are explained in detail and included with the final quote. Our trailers are approximately 6 feet wide by 12 feet long by 4 feet high, or 11 cubic yards. Service prices are set by ¼ trailer volume to full trailer volume at $149 per ¼. Truck beds are sold for smaller jobs with volumes equal to approximately 5 feet wide by 8 feet long by 4 feet high, or 6 cubic yards. Half truck beds are priced at $149, and full truck bed priced at $285. Single item pick up is determined by labor costs and a fractional disposal fee, or individual recycling fee.
